What the vendor says: We loved this flat as soon as we saw it. The flat felt bigger than any other 1 bedroom flats we were looking at during the time. Every room has natural daylight, and having built-in storage in the bedroom and our own loft space meant we could live very comfortably! The communal area is shared with just 5 other flats, kept very well by the management agent and the neighbours are very friendly. The new Mitcham Eastfields station, which is just a 5 minute walk away, has been fantastic. Being able to get a train direct to Victoria or Kings Cross St Pancras has made commuting life much easier for us, and being just a 10 minute train journey to Clapham Junction opens up all possibilities for getting around London and the surrounding areas. We love our home and have taken great pride in it, and will be sad the day we leave. However, we have just got married and after 6 years here we are now looking for a property to suit the next stage in our lives! We don't think we could have done better for a first time property, and we hope the next people who live here will be as happy as we were!
