Letting only service. 6% plus VAT of the agreed gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy term. Payable at the commencement of the tenancy.
Pay your fee monthly with rent collection service. 8% plus VAT of the agreed gross monthly rental income. Payable monthly from the rent collected.
Rent Collection Service. 2% plus VAT of the gross agreed monthly rental income. Payable monthly from the rent collected.
Full Management Service. 4% + VAT of the agreed gross monthly rental income. Payable monthly from the rent collected.
Pay your fee monthly, Letting & Full Management Service. 12% + VAT of the agreed gross monthly rental income. Payable monthly from the rent collected.
Renewal of Tenancy. We offer a 1% reduction off the original fee agreed at the commencement of the tenancy on any subsequent renewal for any term. This applies to shorthold and periodic (rolling) contract renewals beyond the initial term.
Landlord withdrawal. Should a landlord accept an offer from eddisonwhite for a prospective tenant then subsequently withdraw after administration commences, there will be an administration charge of £250 plus VAT
Attendance fee. A charge of £60 plus VAT per hour for court attendance or delivery at the property attendance.
Energy performance certificates (EPC’s) & Gas safety certificates £80 plus VAT
