Richard Eddison Managing Director MNAEA MARLA

About me: I was born in Wimbledon Village, and have lived and worked in the SW19 area for over 30 years. I started out as a negotiator in 1989, working for corporate estate agencies in Battersea, Earlsfield and Balham. Moving to Wimbledon as Branch Manager in 1994, I rose to be the top sales director at a well-known agency. Along with the experience and understanding of the local market, I am a member of ARLA and the NAEA. I opened eddisonwhite in 2004 with a Wimbledon branch in 2011 and a new Morden branch opening in early 2020.
My free-time: Walking the dog, joining cycling events.
At the weekend I recommend: The new Chase Farmers Market, every Sunday in WImbledon Chase. An array of food, wine and beer!
My favourite local eatery: The Ivy Cafe in Wimbledon , always great food, service & atmosphere.

Nicola Eddison Operations Director

About me: I’m responsible for the non-sale areas of the business. Having worked in the commercial & residential development property sectors across Northern Europe for almost a decade, it was a natural transition to join eddisonwhite in May 2014.
My free-time: Exploring new places, restaurants aside from spending far too much time on Pinterest.
At the weekend I recommend: Visiting the National Trust, Morden Hall.
My favourite local eatery: Hashi Japanese restaurant in Raynes Park.
Top property tip: Make sure your property has 'kerb appeal' – fresh paintwork, clean windows, an uncluttered entrance and add some greenery if poss. Get them in a positive frame of mind before they're through the door.

Carole Cherry      Head Of Lettings & Property Management MARLA

About me: I have over 23 years' experience in estate agency and am an ARLA member. I oversee the Property Management Department and Accounts.

My free-time: Socialising with friends and family.
At the weekend I recommend: Everywhere! SW19 has an amazing variety of social activities.
My favourite local eatery: Changes every month!

About me: With 10 years' experience in the property industry, NAEA qualified in 2013 & Residential Developments being my speciality, it's great to come back to my roots with a firm such as eddisonwhite, being an honest and well respected independent. The changing area and diverse range of clients is what keeps each day different and enjoyable, let alone valuing and listing some spectacular properties.
My free-time: Spending time with my growing family. Martial Arts training and of course socializing!

About me: I handle the start of our tenancy process by liaising with Landlords and Tenants, and making sure a property is ready for move-in date. My free-time: Having recently bought my own property, I am enjoying time at home.

About me: Having always been interested in property, I recently decided to follow a career change and am excited for my future within eddisonwhite. Along with the challenges that will not only help me develop as a person but extend my knowledge further of the industry and local area.
My free time: Spending time at the gym trying to work off all the food and drinks consumed when socializing with friends and family. Reading thriller novels and trying to improve my photography skills.
At the weekend I recommend: Depends on my mood. SW19 has a lot to offer from theatre, numerous restaurants, outdoor spaces and some great nightlife.
Favorite local eatery: I haven't discovered a favourite yet but I make a regular visit to Dirty Burger!

Stephen McGlynn Property Negotiator

About me: Originally from Berkshire but have been a local resident for the last 15 years. Between acting roles I have been worked for eddisonwhite since their opening in 2004. 

My free-time: I am an owner of a Fitbit so free time is running around the area. I also work as an actor so being 25 minutes from the West End is fabulous!
At the Weekend I recommend: Catching a show at the Theatre in Wimbledon or a round of golf at The Mitcham Golf Course.
My favourite local eatery: Friday night was always fish ‘n’ chips night as a child so Adam’s Fish bar is the BEST in the area.

About me: I have been in the property industry for 3 years, majority was spent as a negotiator. After some time away from the industry I knew I had to come back and chose management this time around. I love all things property and enjoy growing my knowledge on the topic.

About me: Being born and raised in the Colliers Wood/Wimbledon area I have full knowledge of all the developments happening locally. With my previous experience being a negotiator to working in a head office,  I have experience in all aspects of the property industry which is why being a Saturday assistant is the perfect opportunity for me to support the Sales or Property Management team.
Free time: I enjoy keeping healthy physically and mentally by going to the gym and catching up with friends and family.
Favourite local eatery: I recommend Tandem Centre as it's convenient & they offer a wide range of options such as a cheeky Nando’s, Frankie’s & Benny’s, Starbucks or Café Nero.

Suzanne Tookey  Saturday Assistant Admnistrator

About me: As a previous resident of Colliers Wood & Wimbledon, I originally joined eddisonwhite in 2013 as a Negotiator then a Renewals and Inspections Coordinator. I left the business to have twins and am delighted to re-join as an Administrator to support the team, working every other Saturday.
My free-time: Most of my time is spent looking after my young twins but I enjoy volunteering for the local children’s charity Jigsaw4u.
At the Weekend I recommend: I enjoy a long walk around the Wandle Park, visit to Dean City Farm and Merton Abbey Mills.
My favourite local eatery: Alforno’s Italian restaurant in Wimbledon which is child friendly.

About me: I am a 8 year old french scent hound with a penchant for cheese and chasing small furry animals.
