Note from the vendor: 'As a First Time Buyer, I have loved living in this flat during the last couple of years. Having all of the amenities of Colliers Wood to the North, including the tube station, Charles Holden pub and Tandem Centre, and Mitcham to the South, with its array of shops and green open spaces, was hugely important for me. I originally relocated from Balham and many of my friends live around there, so staying connected to them, and also giving them reasons to visit me further down the tube line, has been brilliant. The flat itself has been a perfect starter home, as the layout makes it feel surprisingly spacious and the finish is contemporary, meaning that you could move straight in without doing an awful lot to it. The road is very quiet, with there being a nice combination of young professionals and families living here. I am personally only moving on to get a larger place now my brother will be living with me!
